This Privacy Policy explains how Signature Labs LLC, a Colorado limited liability company located in Boulder, Colorado ("Bingio," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Bingio service, including the website at bingio.co, the creator dashboard, and the brand intake assistant (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
This Policy applies to two main groups:
- Creators — people who register an account and use Bingio to receive and manage partnership inquiries.
- Brands / Inquirers — people who submit partnership inquiries through a creator's public link (no account required).
Where relevant, we note how our practices differ for each group.
[LEGAL TO CONFIRM: Google Analytics disclosure. Have counsel confirm (i) this analytics description and Google's role (processor/controller) and the link to Google's policies; (ii) whether a cookie-consent banner / prior opt-in is required before analytics cookies load for visitors in the EU/UK/other consent regimes (this draft does not yet gate analytics on consent); and (iii) any "Do Not Sell/Share" implications for state privacy laws. See also the regional sections below.]
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- Create and manage creator accounts and authenticate users;
- Process subscriptions, free trials, billing, and cancellations;
- Receive, screen, classify, organize, and present inquiries to creators;
- Operate the AI assistant, including processing inquiry content to gather campaign details;
- Help creators draft creator-initiated outreach (outbound pitch) messages, which the creator sends from their own email account;
- Protect the Service through bot detection, rate-limiting, spam filtering, and abuse prevention;
- Communicate with you, including service-related notifications, trial reminders, and support;
- Monitor, analyze, and improve the Service;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence providers to process inquiry conversations and related content. Conversation content is sent to these providers solely to operate the Service (for example, to gather and structure campaign details and to apply screening and safety measures). We select providers that offer appropriate confidentiality protections. AI output may be inaccurate and is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
[LEGAL/OPS TO CONFIRM: Confirm with your AI provider(s) their data-retention and training terms, and reflect them here — e.g. whether inputs are used to train their models. Anthropic's API, for example, does not train on business API inputs by default; verify and state the applicable terms.]
[LEGAL TO CONFIRM: outbound drafting + future paid billing. (i) The Service helps creators draft outbound pitches that the creator sends from their own email — confirm how this messaging is described here and any anti-spam / CAN-SPAM implications for the sender (see Terms §5.1). (ii) Bingio is currently free for creators; before any live charge is enabled, confirm the billing-data disclosures in this Policy match the actual payment flow then in effect (see Terms §4).]
We share information only as described here:
- With creators: inquiry information submitted by a Brand is shared with the relevant creator.
- With service providers: we share information with vendors who help us operate the Service, including authentication (Clerk), payment processing (Stripe), hosting (Netlify), database and storage (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and AI processing providers. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- For legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bingio, our users, or the public.
- In a business transfer: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
- With your consent: in other cases where you direct or permit us to share.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Creator account information is retained while your account is active. Inquiry and conversation data is retained to provide creators with their dashboard history and for security and improvement purposes. We may retain certain information after account closure as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including server-side access controls, gated administrative access, and bot- and abuse-protection measures. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to data portability). See the regional sections below.
If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act may give you rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. We do not sell personal data or process it for targeted advertising. To exercise your rights, contact support@bingio.co. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. You may appeal a decision by contacting us at the same address.
[LEGAL TO CONFIRM: Add specific state-by-state disclosures (e.g., California/CCPA "categories of information," "right to know/delete/opt-out," and an authorized-agent process) if you have or expect users in those states. Your attorney should tailor this section to the states where your users reside.]
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
[LEGAL TO CONFIRM: If you will have EU/UK users, add a GDPR/UK-GDPR section (legal bases, data-subject rights, international-transfer mechanism, and an EU/UK representative if required). This draft does not include full GDPR coverage.]
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact support@bingio.co.
The Service may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies separately.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by posting the updated Policy with a new "Last updated" date or by emailing you). Changes are effective when posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
